Aluminum alloy blower impeller used for Maglev blower, And production process of blower impeller is five axis cnc machining. Machining accuracy is μ grade. We machied impeller by DMG five axis cnc machining center. The roating speed of blower impeller is 100000RPM. After machining impeller, impeller surface will be done anodizing.
The material of blower impeller is aluminum 7075. And all blower impeller will do T61 heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After T61 heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:
