Product Description

    Superalloy turbine wheel used for turbojet engine, turbine wheel be finished by integral casting. And casting method of turbine wheel is investment & vacuum casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra3.2μm.

   The material of turbine wheel is superalloy Inconel713c. And all turbine wheel  are subjected to stress relief heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:

High temperature Tensile strength ≥830MPa
Elongation ≥3%

Persistent creep tensile strength at high temperature

≥225MPa
Persistent creep tensile strength of keeping time ≥40H

   The blade thickness of turbine wheel is 0.4mm, the turbine roating speed is more than 60,000RPM. 
    What are the advantages of integral casting instead of welding process:
    * The overall consistency of the turbine wheel is good
    * The dynamic balance is good
    * Production cost is lower
    All turbine wheel will be done X-Ray inspection and fluorescent penetration test in our factory, including CMM, tensile strength test and hardness test.
