Audited Supplier Aluminum alloy fan blade used for rail transit fan, And casting method of fan blade is metal mould lower precessure casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra3.2μm. After finishing blade and blade, blade and wheel hub will be installed together. it will be called impeller.
The material of fan blade is aluminum A357. And all fan blade will do T6 heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After T6 heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:
