Product Description

    Superalloy nozzle guide vane used for turbojet engine, nozzle guide vane be finished by integral casting. And casting method of nozzle guide vane is investment & vacuum casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra3.2μm.

   The material of nozzle guide vane is superalloy Inconel713c. And all nozzle guide vane  are subjected to stress relief heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:

High temperature Tensile strength ≥830MPa
Elongation ≥3%

Persistent creep tensile strength at high temperature

≥225MPa
Persistent creep tensile strength of keeping time ≥40H

   The blade thickness of turbine wheel is 0.5mm, the turbine roating speed is more than 60,000RPM. 
    What are the advantages of integral casting instead of welding process:
    * The overall consistency of the nozzle guide vane is good
    * Production cost is lower
    All turbine wheel will be done X-Ray inspection and fluorescent penetration test in our factory, including CMM, tensile strength test and hardness test.
