Audited Supplier Aluminum alloy 6061 centrifugal fan impeller used for centrifugal fan, centrifugal fan impeller be finished by five axis machining center, machining surface smoothness can meet Ra0.8μm. Centrifugal fan impeller belongs to high speed roating impeller.
The material of fan impeller is aluminum 7075. And all fan impeller will do T6 heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After T6 heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:
